About the Role:
We are hiring a Camp Boss to manage labor accommodation and related facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily camp activities and maintaining proper welfare standards for workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the labor camp.
• Oversee food, accommodation, and basic facilities for workers.
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and hygiene in the camp.
• Coordinate transportation and worker logistics.
• Maintain proper records of workers and camp inventory.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing labor camps in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large groups of workers.
• Good communication in English, Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
