Security & Facility Operations Manager

We are hiring a Security & Facility Operations Manager with 8–10 years of UAE experience in managing security teams, accommodation facilities, and housekeeping operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to manage multiple teams across security, maintenance, and housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily security operations (guards, patrols, incidents, reports)
  • Oversee accommodation facilities, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety standards
  • Handle scheduling, inspections, reporting, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain operational efficiency across all assigned areas

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in UAE
  • Strong background in security supervision/management
  • Experience in facility or accommodation management
  • Knowledge of UAE safety, hygiene, and accommodation regulations
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
  • Relevant certifications (SIRA, NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) preferred
