Camp Boss

The Camp Boss is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of labor accommodation facilities. This includes overseeing accommodation assignments, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, coordinating transportation for workers, resolving complaints, and maintaining discipline in the camp premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily camp operations including room allocations, maintenance issues, and facility cleanliness.
• Coordinate transportation schedules for labor employees to and from project sites.
• Ensure camp rules and regulations are followed and take corrective action as necessary.
• Liaise with housekeeping, catering, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality services.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room inventory, and employee movements.
• Respond promptly to camp-related complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance.
• Coordinate with HR for new arrivals, check-in/check-out procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health & safety regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness plans and drills within the camp.
• Maintain camp-related reports and documentation for audits and internal tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facility management or administration are a plus.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in camp or facility coordination, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and labor accommodation regulations.
