Camp Boss

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Camp Boss to manage daily operations of our work camp. The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment for all camp residents while coordinating staff, supplies, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodations, catering, and housekeeping
• Supervise camp staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and camp logistics
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of camp facilities
• Address resident concerns and maintain discipline and camp rules
• Prepare reports and communicate with site management
