Immediate joining Preferred The Camp Boss is responsible for managing and maintaining worker accommodation (labor camp) at construction sites. This includes overseeing facilities, hygiene, catering, safety, and overall welfare of workers to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Camp Operations Management

  • Supervise daily camp operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Allocate rooms and maintain occupancy records
  • Ensure proper maintenance of camp facilities (rooms, kitchens, toilets, laundry, etc.)

2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
  • Ensure waste management and pest control measures are in place

3. Catering & Food Services

  • Oversee kitchen operations and food quality
  • Ensure meals are prepared hygienically and on schedule
  • Monitor food supplies and coordinate with vendors

4. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition

5. Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills
  • Monitor fire safety equipment and procedures

6. Worker Welfare

  • Address worker concerns and grievances related to accommodation
  • Maintain discipline and resolve conflicts within the camp
  • Ensure a comfortable and safe living environment

7. Inventory & Supplies

  • Manage inventory of camp supplies (cleaning materials, bedding, etc.)
  • Keep records of stock and place orders when necessary

8. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of camp occupancy, maintenance, and incidents
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in camp management, preferably in construction
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to handle multicultural workforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
