We are looking for Camp Boss who will be responsible for managing all camp operations, ensuring that accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services are delivered efficiently. The role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all camp residents while complying with company policies and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management and administration of the camp facility
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of accommodation rooms and common areas
- Supervise catering services, including food quality, hygiene, and meal schedules
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and waste disposal services
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for camp facilities
- Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, inventory, and supplies
- Enforce camp rules, discipline, and company policies among residents
- Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with HR and site management regarding employee accommodation
- Monitor and control camp-related expenses and budgets
- Supervise camp staff such as cleaners, cooks, and maintenance workers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality or Management preferred)
- Proven experience in camp management, facility management, or hospitality
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or remote camps
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
