About Your Team

You’ll lead a diverse operations team managing multiple camps, working closely with Camp Bosses, support services, and cross-functional departments including HR, Admin, Procurement, Transport, and HSE. Together, you’ll standardize procedures, implement safety protocols, and elevate the quality of camp services.

Your Role

As Senior Camp Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards
• Supervise Camp Bosses and support teams to maintain smooth service delivery
• Review operational reports, incident logs, occupancy, and manpower allocation
• Coordinate logistics for camp mobilizations, demobilizations, and inter-camp transfers
• Implement and monitor safety and security measures, including emergency drills and surveillance
• Manage catering quality, menu planning, hygiene, and resident feedback
• Promote resident wellbeing through health programs, recreational activities, and grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements across camps
• Oversee manpower transportation and coordinate schedules with transport teams
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and digital transformation initiatives for camp operations
• Conduct site assessments for new accommodations and maintain relationships with landlords
• Liaise with project management to align camp operations with project needs
• Champion social and environmental programs within camp communities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in large-scale camp or operations management (managing 5000+ personnel)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent knowledge of HSE policies and compliance standards
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and external vendors
• Ability to manage catering, safety, asset management, and transport logistics
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital tracking, reporting systems, and operational software
• Ability to plan strategically, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement
• Commitment to promoting employee wellbeing and community engagement
