Camp Supervisor

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Supervisor to manage daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation standards for employees.

JOB TITLE: Camp Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: Barwa, Doha, Qatar.

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day camp operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of accommodation facilities.
• Monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Handle accommodation-related staff concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain discipline and ensure company camp rules are followed.
• May be required to go outside the camp for work-related duties, including coordination, purchasing, inspections, or other operational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Camp Supervisor or in a similar role
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage camp staff and daily operational requirements
