URGENT HIRING – CAMP BOSS

A reputed company in Qatar is urgently looking for a Camp Boss to manage and supervise company accommodation facilities.

Position: Camp Boss
Location: Qatar
Availability: Immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations and maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage accommodation allocation for employees
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Handle camp-related complaints and resolve issues
• Maintain records of occupants and camp inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in GCC
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Knowledge of camp management and labor welfare standards
• Ability to handle multi-national workforce

• QID must be Transferable with NOC
• Ready to join immediately
