Systems Limited is looking for a Campaign Deployment Executive. The role focuses on supporting campaign planning, analyzing performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective brand and trade deployment.

Effective Campaign Planning based on Data led insights: run analysis and prepare data led recommendations to the campaign planning to create value within targeted segments and growth areas. Contribute to the development of related activation plans.

Evaluate Performance: Assess performance against brand and activation critical metrics. Analyses challenges and opportunities within FMC portfolio, formulating recommendations to address issues and drive value growth.

Track Budget Effectively: Mange spend effectively always linked to effectiveness of activities

Analyse pre-defined goals and KPIs for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of touch point utilization. Track ongoing results to ensure alignment with objectives.

Collaborate with insights teams in capturing the required information and achieving required cuts of the Data

Enhance Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of key markets, consumer needs, market segmentation, and competitive activity to improve the effectiveness of brand and trade deployment plans.

Build Effective Working Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.

Support Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective teamwork across all sub-functions within the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Experience Required

3-5 years working experience, in Marketing and/or similar roles in FMCG organization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Trade Marketing including trade visibility and retailer loyalty programs is advantageous.

In Market Expertise: Deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges, with experience in brand or A&TMD roles.

Solid understanding of Insights principles to inform campaign strategies and product development.

Knowledgeable in Advertising, Sales, and Marketing.

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.

Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
