Job Summary:

The Marketing Performance Executive is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels to ensure maximum ROI. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, tracking KPIs, and providing insights to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Performance Analysis:
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:

Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports (using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools). Present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Optimization:

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize ad performance, audience targeting, and content effectiveness.Monitor marketing spend vs. performance, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver strong ROI.Manage tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking) to ensure data accuracy and attribution clarity.Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.Conduct regular benchmarking and competitor performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in identifying performance improvements.

  • ROI / ROAS on paid campaigns
  • Lead acquisition cost and conversion rate
  • Traffic and engagement metrics
  • Marketing efficiency and budget utilization
  • Accuracy and timeliness of performance reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
