This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford University Press’s Academic Marketing team as a Campaign Executive. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns that connect global audiences with OUP’s academic content.

Opportunity – the ‘what’

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Build, proofread, and deploy email campaigns based on plans developed by campaign owners.
  • Support the setup of web and digital campaign elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other stakeholders to improve campaign execution.
  • Ensure campaigns meet high-quality standards and align with OUP’s brand guidelines.
  • Manage audience targeting for email campaigns.
  • Maintain effective communication with campaign owners and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Your work will ensure timely, accurate, and impactful campaign delivery—helping OUP maintain its reputation for excellence in academic publishing.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience building email campaigns.
  • Fundamental knowledge of publishing and/or digital marketing.
