What would you do? • Maintain campaign calendar with real time status of campaigns and go live status. • Ensure timely completion of tasks and requests • Escalate risks as per the escalation matrix defined • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in execution processes and propose improvement solutions • Build and manage dynamic and static segments for campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.). • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized targeting. • Ensure data accuracy and compliance while creating audience lists for campaign execution. • Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data flows and improve segmentation logic. • Document processes and maintain best practices for audience selection and segmentation. The role requires for you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Simon Data & SQL
What are we looking for? • Hands on experience on SQL to perform data extraction, for querying and validating data. • Execution experience in database marketing, experience working in high pressure environments. • 3-4 years of experience in marketing technology and operations focusing on execution of marketing campaigns on behalf of the Client. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies. • Hands-on experience with SimonData or similar CDP (Customer Data Platform) tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign management workflows. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • SQL
