Job Purpose

Analyze customer data through providing the concerned departments with data modelling, Business risk and business opportunity to ensure profitability of Etisalat.

Report To Position Name

Handle Business opportunity and business risk through generating customer behaviour data to provide profitable segments and avoid risk of churn segments for Etisalat. Align with the data mining team through providing data models related to customers behaviour to extract new opportunities to achieve revenue. Communicate with the project management team with the services requests, products description and pricing memos to ensure handling requests and launching products on time. Manage the departmental performance through conducting all customer value management reports (Business review, monthly end to end, customer value management performance...etc) to the direct manager and top managers to provide them with team performance and achieved targeted. Review all offers and communication assessment from the insight team through comparing offers data with the assessment to ensure accuracy and profitability of offers launched. Provide the propositions prioritization to segments managers and direct manager and customer value management through sending the recommended offers and values based on the service level agreement to support them to select the best propositions to achieve targets. Monitor all data offers through extracting the data warehouse reports to ensure that the launched offer cover all relevant customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Marketing, commerce, economics major.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 2 years of Experience Marketing Field.
