Overview: Action Labs is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role for a creative person who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and can blend creativity with data-driven insights. As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you’ll be crafting dynamic content strategies and working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet client goals and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand and define campaign objectives, target audience, and KPIs.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and target audience preferences to develop content ideas that resonate and drive engagement.
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that effectively communicates the desired message and brand voice.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative team members to develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive experiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance through data platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and email marketing tools, and optimize accordingly.
- Support pitch development and proposal writing for new business opportunities, articulating strategic vision and content roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, SEO/SEM best practices, AI-driven content tools, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met with quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Marketing Agency Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, strategy, and marketing at a marketing agency or in a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Content Expertise: Deep understanding of content marketing principles and a proven track record in developing content strategies that drive engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clear, concise, and engaging copy.
- Industry Agility: Ability to adapt and create content for a variety of industries and audiences.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in content management systems and other marketing tools; familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
