Job Description - Campus Manager
The Campus Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, providing a conducive environment for learning and professional growth.
The role involves management of academic operations, student affairs, facilities and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve institutional goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
- Master’s is required MBA or MTech.
2. Experience:
- 3 - 10 years of proven experience in campus management, operations, or a related administrative role.
- Leadership experience in supervising teams and coordinating large-scale activities.
3. Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with campus management systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards related to campus operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Operations Management
- Oversee daily campus operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with academic heads to support timely course delivery and program management.
- Monitor student enrollment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
2. Student Engagement & Support
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience on campus.
- Address student queries, concerns, and grievances effectively, ensuring a positive environment.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities for academic, extracurricular, and personal development.
3. Faculty & Staff Management
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing mentorship or feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
4. Infrastructure & Facilities Management
- Oversee maintenance of campus facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure readiness.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and support teams for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
5. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, students).
- Represent the institution during external meetings, partnerships, or collaborations.
- Liaise with parents, alumni, and community organizations to enhance campus visibility and reputation.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure campus operations adhere to institutional policies and legal/regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, student engagement, and key milestones.

Pay: Up to ₹50,374.64 per month
