Job Summary:

Admin Officer required at NIBD & BMT at LAHORE Campus to carry out daily operational activities of the campus effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Manage staff attendance, rosters, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with clinical, support, housekeeping, and security teams.
  • Handle procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support patient flow management and assist reception when needed.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support SOP implementation.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and facility management tasks.
  • Respond to staff and patient inquiries professionally.

Requirements :

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or relevant field.

Experience 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
