About Us

We are a growing business focused on creating high-quality, handcrafted candles. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team to support both candle production and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Produce candles following company recipes, standards, and safety procedures.
• Prepare, package, and label orders for shipping.
• Coordinate with couriers/delivery companies to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Monitor stock of raw materials (wax, wicks, fragrance oils, packaging) and report when supplies are low.
• Assist in maintaining quality control and consistency across products.

Requirements

• Prior experience in candle making, crafts, or manufacturing is an advantage (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with basic communication and coordination with couriers.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
• Creative input with an eye for design and trends.
