Job Summary:

We are hiring Candy Machine Operators for a leading confectionery manufacturing company located in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with candy machinery such as ChocoTech, Ruffinatti, and Forming Machines, ensuring smooth operation, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust ChocoTech, Ruffinatti, and Forming machines.
• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Ensure consistent output quality and minimize wastage.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Work in compliance with all safety and quality protocols.

Working Days and Timings:

• Shifts:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Duty Hours: 12 hours per day (including 1.5 hours daily overtime)
• Rotational Shifts: Required to work in both morning and night shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience operating candy production machinery.
• Familiarity with ChocoTech, Ruffinatti, or Forming Machines is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and physical stamina.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
