Canteen Staff

Food Preparation and Service:

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including tea, coffee, and snacks.
• Follow daily menu plans and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained during preparation and service.

Customer Service:

• Provide quality customer service, including counter service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for all users of the canteen.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen, including sweeping, washing floors, and cleaning utensils and equipment.
• Ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean and organized.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Keep accurate records of food and supply usage.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain financial records, including cash handling and sales tracking.
• Complete and submit monthly accounts and reports as required.
