Owns the CAPA process and manages documentation and follow-up of quality incidents

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor CAPA progress and closure.
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified issues.
  • Support teams in developing and implementing effective action plans.
  • Ensure CAPA documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to verify effectiveness.
  • Prepare CAPA reports and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel and basic Power BI
