Capacity Planning Senior Engineer

Job Purpose

P&S Architecture and Capacity Planning to ensure full execution of product & Services yearly plan with high quality & best time to market

Report To Position Name

Ensuring sufficient system capacity for all required products and services Providing Advice for Enhancement of customer experience. Assessing Marketing requirements and network requirements for introducing new product/service. Follow up & Secure full execution of marketing yearly plan. Development and Execution of projects to support technical strategic plans (including upgrade plans, new features, develop architecture) Review capacity versus traffic to make sure that design rules are compliant. Ensure customer satisfaction through improving the quality and system effectiveness. Continuous follow up on KPIs for all running systems Develop RFP/RFQ for VAS investments in alignment with company strategy. Preparing Committees reports including vendor evaluation and providing the best recommendation to the Top Management to support in decision Taking Running the business in conformance with company security policies Set up and operate framework to measure and report Product & Service with continuous follow up on KPIs and KQIs for launched P&S. Lead Product & Services project management methodologies across the Technical department, and introduce comprehensive KPIs to cover different reporting levels. Plan for Projects to produce the project scope statement, Work Breakdown Structure, Activity list, project schedule, project quality management plan, project organization structure, project communication plan, project Risk management.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

B.Sc. in Engineering communications or computer science Excellent knowledge in the telecommunication technologies, Data Network, Messaging and Voice Technologies. Operating Systems (Linux), Data Base, TCP/IP and SS7 Signaling. Special requirements: Additional technical competence in VAS systems Architecture. Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required. Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
