Captain

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff during shifts.
  • Assign tables, monitor service quality, and ensure quick, efficient service.
  • Train new service staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer interaction.
  • Maintain communication between kitchen and dining staff for seamless operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks for smooth operations.
  • Monitor table turnovers, reservations, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in organizing events or large group bookings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, service etiquette, and POS systems preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
