Job Opportunity: Experienced Fishing Boat Captain – Abu Dhabi Waters

We are currently seeking a professional Boat Captain with strong experience in fishing and in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s coastal waters to join our team.

Position: Boat Captain (specialized in fishing boat)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive – based on UAE experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and navigate the vessel within Abu Dhabi waters
• Lead and manage fishing trips for guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
• Assist clients with fishing techniques and equipment setup
• Prepare fishing gear and bait prior to each trip
• Maintain the cleanliness, readiness, and mechanical safety of the vessel
• Ensure full compliance with UAE maritime laws and safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid UAE boat captain license (mandatory).
• Good knowledge on Navigating in Abu Dhabi Waters, landmarks and fishing spots
• Valid STCW (UAE)
• Proven 2 years’ experience in operating vessels and leading fishing trips in Abu Dhabi
• Strong knowledge of local waters, fishing zones, and weather patterns
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic mechanical or boat maintenance knowledge is a plus
