Captain Waitress

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Captain Waitress to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing strong leadership skills, exceptional guest service, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support waitresses and service staff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards.
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and attentive guest service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain consistent excellence in performance.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene are maintained across dining areas and service stations.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage table setups, reservations, and special dining requests to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of fine-dining standards, menu presentation, and up-selling techniques.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
