Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the service center vehicle for pick-up and drop-off of customers' cars.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Assist customers in understanding the service process and address basic queries.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the service center vehicle.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, mileage, and relevant information.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation associated with each trip.
• Assist with office-related driving tasks, such as delivering documents, packages, or materials.
• Follow a schedule of planned trips and be adaptable to ad-hoc requests.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations in the UAE.
• Ensure the vehicle is compliant with all legal requirements, including valid registration and insurance.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
• Familiarity with basic office-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
