About Carwa

Carwa is transforming the way cars are bought and sold in the UAE through transparent live and scheduled auctions. Every car listed on our platform undergoes a professional inspection to ensure buyers get accurate and reliable reports. We are looking for Car Inspectors to join our team and perform high-quality vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles using Carwa’s inspection checklist and tools (including Autel MaxiCheck MX 900 and other diagnostic devices).
• Evaluate and document the condition of exterior, interior, engine, underbody, and road test performance.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports with photos, videos, and notes for the Carwa platform.
• Identify and record any damages, repairs, or modifications on vehicles.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in every inspection following Carwa’s quality standards.
• Work closely with the operations and listing team to ensure vehicles are uploaded promptly.
• Maintain inspection tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when dealing with sellers and partners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in car inspection, automotive service, or mechanical background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of car systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to use OBD and diagnostic tools (experience with Autel or similar is a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to prepare structured reports.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Basic English required; Arabic, Pashto, or Dari are a plus.
