Car Inventory Supervisor (Tagalog speaker)

We are looking for a Car Inventory Supervisor to join our team. He will be responsible for organizing and managing the cars in the showroom and yard, supervising drivers, and coordinating car movements as requested by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the arrangement of cars in the showroom and yard
• Supervise drivers and oversee daily car movements
• Coordinate with the sales team for car delivery, display, and movement requests
• Ensure all cars are properly labeled, clean, and ready for display or shipping
• Ensure the locations of all cars are always up to date in the system
• Keep records of car locations and movements
• Support logistics and operations when required

Requirements:

• Experience in car inventory or automotive operations preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a small team and manage daily operations
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
• UAE driving license is a must
• Languages: English and Tagalog

Salary: Starting from AED 3,000 per month
