Job Title: Car Leasing Agent

Job Summary:
A Car Leasing Agent assists customers in selecting and leasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget. The role involves explaining lease terms, managing contracts, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget
• Explain leasing terms, payment plans, insurance, and contract details
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available vehicles and promotions
• Negotiate lease terms within company guidelines
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Proven experience in car leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of financial terms and contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Valid driving license (preferred)
