CAR PARK ATTENDANT

Position Title: Car Park Attendant
We are seeking responsible and customer-focused Car Park Attendants to manage day-to-day parking operations. The ideal candidates will ensure a smooth flow of traffic, provide excellent customer assistance, and report any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure efficient traffic flow within the car park.
• Assist customers with payment at Pay-on-Foot machines and guide them through the process.
• Administer validation processes and manage manual ticket issuing and payment collection.
• Report damages, technical faults, or any incidents requiring attention to the relevant authorities.
• Provide directions within the facility and promote parking services when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance user experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions carefully and accurately
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
