Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time

• Shifts: Flexible / Rotational (Includes Weekends and Weekdays)

• Business Hours:

• Work Environment: Business operates 7 days a week

• Openings: 2 positions – CSR

Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

• Prior Customer Service or Front Desk experience is preferred

• Background in Sales is a strong advantage

• Reliable, professional, and a team player

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

* Rental Customer service / Front Desk experience is preferred / Asset

* Background in upselling at counter level is a strong advantage

* Familiarity with car rental software RTA Tars portal and local RTA regulation would be an asset

* Airport car rental experience would be given preference

* Friendly and outgoing personality

* Honest, Trustworthy and strong willingness to learn

* Answer phones, book reservations and open/close rental agreements

* Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges

* Pick up and drop off customers as needed

* Fleet Management duties

* Perform daily business tasks of an Automobile rental office

* Effectively address and resolve customer issues

* Inputting information into computer software programs daily

* Recommending to management vehicle maintenance and fueling when required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Minimum of 1-year customer service required

* Valid Driving License with a clean driving record

* Must be a minimum of 21 years for insurance purposes

* Automobile rental experience is considered a strong asset but not required

* Willing and able to work flexible shifts in support of the changing business needs

* Excellent communication skills

* Bilingualism is a strong asset (Arabic/English)

NOTE - MUST BE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO WORK FULL TIME IN UAE
