Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Car Rental Agent with car rental experience to join our team at Al Maraya Cars & Bus Rental. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing rental bookings, coordinating vehicle deliveries/returns, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with rental requirements in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage reservations, contracts, and rental agreements accurately in the system.
• Provide customers with detailed information on rental policies, vehicle options, and pricing.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental, recording mileage, fuel, and condition reports.
• Handle payments, deposits, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability, maintenance, and delivery.
• Upsell rental packages, insurance, and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of company fleet, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Car Rental Agent in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and rental software GATEWAY.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
