Limousine Fleet Manager

DAE Limousine, a premium luxury transport company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our growing fleet operations. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong personality, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth functioning of all vehicles.
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE transport regulations.
• Manage vehicle scheduling, allocation, and utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and ensure roadworthiness at all times.
• Handle fleet documentation, insurance, RTA requirements, and licensing.
• Implement operational strategies to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Report directly to senior management and provide operational insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 or more years of experience in fleet management (limousine, transport,or rent industry in Dubai).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (English & Hindi).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE transport rules and regulations.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a large team effectively.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
