We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Rental & Lease Specialist with a strong focus on outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building corporate and individual client relationships, and promoting our car rental and leasing services. This role requires frequent fieldwork, client visits, and proactive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate and individual clients through outdoor sales activities, client visits, presentations, and networking.
- Generate rental and lease contracts to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable rental or lease packages and clearly explain pricing, insurance, and policy details.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, hotels, and other business partners to secure long-term and fleet leasing agreements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline by following up on leads and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by maintaining regular contact, encouraging repeat business, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3+ years of experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, automotive sales, or outdoor sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid (Qatar) driver’s license.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field (outdoor sales).
