Exotix Luxury Car Rental is Dubai’s leading Car rental companies. Our fleet combines the world’s most powerful engines and iconic designs.
We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Car Rental Manager to lead our company and drive operational efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.

Position Overview

The Car Rental Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Rent a Car division. This includes overseeing daily operations, optimizing fleet performance, managing client relations, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and revenue initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep knowledge of the UAE car rental market, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategic Management

  • Oversee all Rent a Car operations, ensuring alignment with Exotix business objectives and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize fleet utilization, profitability, and market share.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze departmental KPIs to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.

2. Customer Experience & Service Quality

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards at every touchpoint, maintaining RSL’s premium brand reputation.
  • Handle escalated client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Design and execute customer loyalty and retention programs.

3. Fleet Operations & Optimization

  • Manage vehicle acquisition, maintenance, replacement, and disposal strategies.
  • Oversee allocation, inspection, and readiness of vehicles for rental operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE RTA regulations, insurance policies, and company safety standards.

4. Sales, Marketing & Business Development

  • Drive rental revenue through strategic pricing, corporate partnerships, promotional campaigns and sales.
  • Identify and acquire new business accounts in corporate, hospitality, and tourism sectors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-impact campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation.

5. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, financial forecasts, and profit/loss reports.
  • Monitor rental contracts, collections, and payment schedules to maintain financial discipline.
  • Generate regular performance reports for senior management and support business planning.

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in car rental operations & sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the UAE market.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several workflows
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fleet management, rental systems, RTA compliance, and UAE transport laws.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in car rental management software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Other Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Language: English, Arabic is an added advantage

What We Offer:

Full-time position.

Pay: AED 6,000.00 – AED 8500.00 per month + Incentives
