Car Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Location Requirement:
This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership s inventory and promotions

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

  • High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • A passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred

  • Multilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plus

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in automotive sales

  • Experience in the UAE car market is an added advantage
