Cash Van Salesman

  • Whilst distribution is key MSL & Planogram implementation is the prime measure
  • To ensure all products SKU wise, achieve desired distribution and monitor stock movements taking timely action (Quality Monitoring)
  • To ensure sales are based on movement of the products. Ensure highest discipline and adhere to journey plan as set by Unit Head.
  • To ensure all product date codes are checked during outlet visit and if need be do an accurate FIFO. A 0.5 percent of your total sales is authorized to take back expired on a monthly basis with only prior approvals
  • Report all competitor activities within the assigned area
  • Timely cash collection and submission
  • Accountable for stocks in the assigned van at given point in time
  • Minimum 18/20 calls per day of which a minimum of 12/13 are selling calls .
  • Maintain the company vehicle in proper condition. Ensure the vehicle is clean inside and out
  • Submitting error free sales and activity reports on a daily basis
  • Addressing customer issues and communicating the same to the Supervisor in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that the image of the company is potrayed at its best to its customers
