Car Sales Officer - Lahore

As a Car Field Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team tasked with driving the sales of vehicles from our partner dealers and private sellers. This role focuses on client engagement, strategic sales initiatives, and effective car listing management to enhance customer satisfaction and boost platform growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings for assigned clients, ensuring all vehicles meet PakWheels' quality standards through timely certification in coordination with inspection teams.
• Drive customer engagement by effectively managing all inbound inquiries (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) related to assigned car inventory and providing comprehensive responses to prospective buyers.
• Conduct seller site visits with interested buyers, employing skilled sales techniques to showcase vehicles and close deals efficiently, fostering trust and a positive buyer experience.
• Facilitate smooth vehicle ownership transfer between buyers and sellers, ensuring accurate completion of all relevant transactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with team leaders to deliver detailed daily and weekly reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and other key metrics to maintain transparency and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of automobiles and familiarity with the local market landscape.
• Persistent, goal-oriented, and dedicated to meeting sales objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
