Job Overview

The Pre-Owned Cars Direct Sales Executive (POCDSE) is responsible for generating and managing sales of certified pre-owned vehicles through direct customer interaction. The role focuses on prospecting customers, conducting showroom & field sales activities, supporting evaluation and documentation processes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential customers interested in purchasing pre-owned vehicles.
  • Explain product features, pricing, certification benefits, and available offers to customers.
  • Conduct showroom walk-throughs and coordinate test drives.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while maintaining transparency and dealership policies.

2. Lead Management

  • Handle walk-in customers, outbound calls, and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through showroom visits, field activities, and customer networks.
  • Maintain and update daily enquiries, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM.

3. Coordination & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with the True Value Evaluation Team for vehicle inspection and certification updates.
  • Work with the documentation team to ensure smooth processing of RC transfer, finance, insurance, and delivery formalities.
  • Ensure vehicles are display-ready, well-presented, and updated for customer viewing.

4. Market Awareness & Promotion

  • Stay updated on market pricing, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in local promotional activities, camps, and customer outreach events.
  • Support digital teams in providing photos, details, and updates for online listings when required.

5. Customer Relationship & Satisfaction

  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure timely follow-up post-delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc., etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
