Car Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, street-smart Car Technician with strong experience in automotive electrical and wiring systems. The ideal candidate understands how to troubleshoot, modify, and install electrical components in both standard and luxury vehicles. You’ll work on custom builds, VIP vans, and modified vehicles alongside our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles (lighting, infotainment, wiring, sensors, etc.)
• Install and configure new wiring harnesses, lighting systems, and electronic accessories
• Work on custom electrical setups for luxury conversions and VIP interiors
• Collaborate with the modification and upholstery teams to ensure smooth electrical integration
• Test, inspect, and maintain all electrical systems for quality assurance
• Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards
• Report issues, materials, and project progress to the Operations Head

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive electrician or car technician (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle wiring, battery systems, relays, and circuit diagnosis
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Practical and street-smart approach to problem-solving — quick thinker and hands-on
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with luxury or modified vehicles
• Familiarity with LED, ambient lighting, infotainment, and starlight systems
• Understanding of voltage systems (12V/24V) and custom electrical layouts
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet project timelines
