Job Purpose:
The Cards Product Management Specialist drives the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card products (Debit, Credit, Prepaid). This role focuses on enhancing profitability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through product launches, portfolio optimization, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of card products.

Define product value propositions, pricing strategies, and marketing plans.

Develop Bin Sponsorship programs and white-label solutions with clients.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and compliance teams.

Monitor product performance and support post-launch improvements.

Manage vendor relationships, card processing systems, and regulatory adherence.

Provide training and tools to sales teams to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

6–8 years of experience in card product/portfolio management, product launches, and cross-functional teamwork.

Knowledge of card profitability and key performance metrics.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
