Position Overview

Career Dose LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Counseling Coordinator to support individuals in identifying career pathways, improving employability, and achieving professional goals. The role involves delivering structured career guidance, coordinating counseling services, and assisting clients with academic and career planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group career counseling sessions to students and job seekers
• Assess clients’ skills, interests, values, and career goals using counseling tools and assessments
• Develop personalized career development plans and actionable roadmaps
• Guide clients on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Maintain updated knowledge of labor market trends, education pathways, and industry requirements in Qatar and internationally
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and career development programs
• Collaborate with educational institutions, training providers, and employers to expand opportunities for clients
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
• Support outreach activities to promote Career Dose services in the community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Counseling, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or HR recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations including students, graduates, and professionals
• Familiarity with career assessment tools and counseling methodologies
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Gulf labor market trends
• Experience conducting workshops or training sessions
• Background in educational consulting or student advising
