Position Overview
We are seeking a Career Counseling Coordinator to oversee and manage daily career counseling operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, counseling knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, trainers, and internal teams. The Career Counseling Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Career Amend LLC’s reputation for excellence in career services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate career counseling sessions, workshops, and training programs.
• Liaise with clients to provide guidance, support, and career development resources.
• Collaborate with trainers and counselors to ensure effective program delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, counseling sessions, and feedback.
• Support career assessments, resume development, and interview preparation initiatives.
• Prepare reports on counseling performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, seminars, and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s education and career development regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in career counseling, training coordination, or HR support.
• Strong knowledge of career development practices, counseling techniques, and training methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and career management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
