Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the intake process and answering service inquiries.
  • Match clients with the most suitable resume writers based on industry expertise and project complexity.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure all CV drafts and revisions are delivered to clients on or before the deadline.
  • Conduct final quality checks on documents to ensure they meet Bright Future Resumes’ high standards of formatting and clarity.
  • Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate project statuses and contact history.
  • Collect and report on client feedback to help improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

  • Customer Success: Proven ability to manage client expectations and provide a friendly, professional service experience.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Writing and Editing: A sharp eye for detail, grammar, and professional formatting.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word is essential) and experience with CRM or project management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; fluency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
