Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between software developers, QA testers, and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to ensure team alignment.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps).
• Coordinate the software release cycle, ensuring documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Monitor resource allocation and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with clients.
• Prepare clear, concise progress reports for executive management.

Skills and Requirements

• Agile Mastery: Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and discuss technical requirements with developers.
• Project Tooling: High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Arabic proficiency is a highly valued bonus).
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints quickly.
• Experience: 3+ years in a coordination or junior project management role within a software environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
