Based in our coastal headquarters at Al Wakrah Tower, you will be the central hub of our operations, ensuring that our service delivery is as seamless as the views from Office 33.
Your Mission
- Service Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between our clients and our service delivery teams, ensuring that every request is handled with speed and professionalism.
- Operational Flow: Manage the day-to-day logistics of our support departments, from scheduling and dispatching to resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service standards and gather client feedback to ensure we aren't just meeting expectations—we’re exceeding them.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of service contracts, client interactions, and operational metrics using our integrated CRM.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure a unified support experience across the board.
Who You Are
- The Master Coordinator: 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, facility management, or a high-touch customer service leadership role.
- The Relationship Builder: You possess the "soft skills" to navigate complex client needs and the "hard skills" to keep a schedule tight and efficient.
- The Local Guide: You have a solid understanding of the Al Wakrah and Doha business landscapes and are comfortable navigating local administrative requirements.
- The Communicator: Professional fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic or Tagalog is highly beneficial given our diverse network.
- The Professional: You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess a transferable residency permit (NOC).
