Position Overview

Alpha Colombo LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, improve workflow efficiency, and assist management in coordinating administrative, commercial, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between departments, clients, and external partners while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Assist management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery
  • Support procurement and inventory coordination as required
  • Prepare business correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or business support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of basic business operations and coordination practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in trading, logistics, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with ERP or business management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
