Position Overview

The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative, operational, and client service functions of TDVina LLC. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders while maintaining high standards of efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business operations and administrative support activities across departments
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and internal reporting requirements
  • Act as a liaison between management, clients, and service providers
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and service reports
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination processes
  • Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or business support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service-based or consulting environments
  • Knowledge of basic project coordination or CRM systems
  • Strong customer service orientation

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Operations Manager or General Manager, depending on organizational structure.
