Job Summary/Purpose:
Coordinate the recruitment, selection and on boarding activities for the assigned business units and ensure adherence to the SLAs.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify recruitment sources based on best practices and conduct search for CVs.
2. Actively work with Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition on Recruitment Practice & Process improvement.
3. Manage the Applicant Tracking System - Success Factor (SAP & EC).
4. Organize local and overseas recruitment drives, Campus interviews.
5. Prepare & coordinate with marketing team for placing ads in newspapers and other media.
6. Pre-screen and shortlist candidates, set interview panels and arrange interviews.
7. Coordinate with Talent Management Team for Assessment Centers and skill tests.
8. Liaise with Government Relations Section regarding Visa process.
9. Manage on boarding of new hires.
10. Prepare and submit reports to Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition as and when required.
11. Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies and source new vendors as required.
12. Ensure compliance to HR Policies and procedures in general and Recruitment & Selection in particular.
13. Comply with agreed recruitment and on boarding service level agreements.
14. Provide coaching to Stakeholders on new recruitment processes and systems.
