Job Summary/Purpose:
Perform data entry job and provide administrative support.

Operational:
1. Compile, enter and retrieve data from various sources such as invoices, vouchers, reports etc. required to complete the data entries in each DBM order and process the order in system to final stage before vehicle delivery.
2. Maintain and update files and records as required.
3. Operate computers and office equipment and report any irregularity to admin staff available in location.
4. Type a variety of materials such as compiling reports, correspondence, forms as defined by the Branch Management, to be submitted on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.
5. Check invoices, reports, records and other data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with es¬tablished standards.
6. Communicate and liaise with other supporting departments like TWD, Spare Parts, RAC to ensure the timely completion of each transaction to final stage, availability and prices of required items and/or spare parts.
7. Assist the Service Advisors in communicating and explaining the necessary to customers and finalizing their transactions in attaching documents, spare parts enquiries etc.
People Management:
1. NA
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
